Once we receive your order and payment, the shipment of the goods will be arranged within the next 2 days.
All orders will be shipped via Flash Express and will generally arrive 2 to 3 days after shipment. Once the order is shipped, we will send you the tracking number of the parcel to the contact information provided to us.
Orders placed after 12pm on Saturday, over Sunday, or during public holidays will be processed on the following business day.
If your order has not arrived within 7 days, please contact us with your name, contact phone number and order confirmation number.
Our sales office is open from Monday to Saturday between 8am to 5pm.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept any returns for any reason, other than if your order was incorrectly fulfilled by Fairlane Organic.
DAMAGES / BREAKAGE
Should any of the items in your order are broken or damaged for any reason upon receipt, we will replace the damaged goods for you at no cost to you, providing all necessary information to process the damage claim has been submitted.
Upon receiving any broken or damaged goods, please follow the instructions below. All damage claims must be received within 3 days of package delivery based on the tracking number recorded delivery time.
- If the box you received already has a significant amount of visible damage on the outside of the box, please take a photo of each damaged box prior to opening the box.
- If there are any damaged or broken items inside the box, please take a clear photo of the inside the box along with the broken items.

- Upon receiving and confirmation of your damage claim, we will send you the replacement goods free of charge to you.
Please note that we will only cover damages which have occurred during transit. No damage or breakage due to the mishandling of the goods by the customer will be eligible for replacement.
CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS
If your order requires a change in address, please call us immediately.
If you order is already sent out to the shipping carrier, additional freight cost may be charged depending on the new destination. Address corrections will also add at least one day to the delivery time.
